BELVEDERE

The exhibition "Belvedere" at the Gallery Sophie Vandré invites visitors to immerse themselves in a world characterized by diversity, beauty and critical reflection. The works of the artists Enzo Griguolo (sculpture), Thierry Harpes (painting), Jehan (painting), Alberto Pejrano (photography) and Song So-Tsong (photography) open up a space for dialogue and discussion on issues that move our society and our time.

The term "Belvedere" initially conveys an image of beauty, calm and grandeur - a place where one can enjoy a wide and inspiring view. But the artists of this exhibition take us behind the surface, beyond the idyllic façade, and invite us to look at the dark sides and realities that often lie hidden.

The exhibition can be seen from October 18 to November 2, 2024, daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., in the AUGUST35 Exhibition Space, Auguststraße 35, 10119 Berlin-Mitte.
